ANDROID version Help and Support
ANDROID Technical Support:
Battle Fleet 2 is designed for tablet devices with a 7" screen or larger. It may work on phones but is not supported.
Minimum system requirements:
If you are experiencing any type of crash or freeze in the game, try rebooting your device. This will solve most problems as they are caused by memory conflicts with other apps.
Q: I can't get the game to install
A: Make sure your device meets the above system requirements. Try to free up space on the internal storage if you are unable to install to external storage. The game might not install correctly on a rooted device.
Q: The game quits after the loading message box before I start a battle/mission
A: Try rebooting your device, if that doesn't work there may be another app installed that is eating up memory in the background. If your device is rooted (hacked) it is possible that an app is causing the conflict and using up precious memory. If all else fails, delete Battle Fleet and reinstall in from Google Play (you won't have to pay again), then reboot your device before running it for the first time.
Q: The game runs slow or choppy
A: You can lower graphics settings to improve performance. In the main menu select the Options button and change settings to Fastest, and change water quality to Low.
Minimum system requirements:

- Tablet size screen 7" or larger
- 512 mb of RAM
- 500 mb of free space
